Getting a top grade colleges like VESIT, MIT SOM, VIT-Pune etc. For a non-Maharashtra students, it is difficult. You need to have at least percentile of 105-120 with respect to the colleges. And, doing your Master's degree from a college that is less in repo is not a good option. You can try for direct admission with this score to these college.

The best College in India for correspondence MBA is Sikkim Manipal University according to me. There are different colleges as well.
Institute of Management Studies (IMT) Ghaziabad. Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning (SCDL)
Indira Gandhi National OpenUniversity (IGNOU)
ICFAIUniversity. Sikkim ManipalUniversity. AnnamalaiUniversity. Prin. L. N. AmityUniversity
But, best is Sikkim Manipal University. All the best.

College change or university change after the first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.

Eligibility for MCA lateral entry:
The candidates should have passed Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA/B.Sc.(IT/ Computer Science) with Mathematics/ Statistics as a subject at 10+2 level or at graduation level with at least 50% marks (45% in the case of SC/ST Category) in the qualifying examination from any recognized university.
