Lateral entry in any course is only possible in the second year and not in the third year and is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.

You can apply as a transfer student after completing at least 1 year of your Bachelor's degree. You can apply before completing 2 years and half years of your Bachelor's degree.

All three Spans in India never accepts NATA score for admissions for B.Arch. For pursuing B.Arch in Spans, NITs and some more centrally funded institution, applicant has to give JEE Mains Paper 2. Based on good score of JEE Mains Paper 2, you can assure your seat in these prestigious institutes.

The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) form a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks.

As I see your marks in NEET UG 2018, you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed or Private Universities Colleges. Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges, you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state quota for Open Category.
