Score minimum 55% in your PCMB and you can do that if you aim for 80%.
The fees for AIIMS is variable but it is less as compared to that of the other institutions. As AIIMS is in top medical college list of India so its cutoff is high. You need around 97+ percentile in NEET for the same.

Why would you like to do MBBS after completing biomedical engineering?Just go with some Masters degree and get placed well. Doing MBBS after engineering is a waste of time. Either you have to go with biomedical engineering or MBBS. If you have a lot of time and wish to study both. You can get as many degrees you can.

MBBS graduates are eligible for M.Tech biomedical engineering at various institutions. In fact, MBBS graduates are eligible for any biology related course. Here I'm mentioning the admission process in short at IIT Bombay and IIT Kanpur.
