TNEA 2018 eligibility criteria reflects that candidates will be eligible for admissions, if they fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Nativity:
Candidates are eligible to apply for admission through TNEA if they are:
Tamil Nadu candidates who have passed their Class VIII to Class XII standard in Tamil Nadu. SPA-Delhi only accepts JEE score and that too above 250.

Getting admission in SPA-Delhi, Bhopal and the NIT's require 240 + marks, so there is no chance in getting admission there. And, all the seats in this colleges close within 3000 rank and for SPA's close within 1000 rank.
