First of all, let me tell you a few things that
You should not expect a 4.5 lacs+ package from any RTU AFFILIATED institute. I was allotted JECRC last year through RPET and you would be surprised to know that there are 60k seats for engineering in Rajasthan, out which 55k students filled form for the RPET 33k students appeared for the exam and 11k examinee actually got themselves admitted into the colleges allotted by BTER and out of those 11k ,1050 examinees chose JECRC that is approximately 10%. The eligibility is as follows-
Post Graduate Programme
The candidate should be a graduate from a recognised University in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in total. In addition to academic qualification, age criteria also need to be followed. The upper age limit has been fixed as 27 years as on 1st of July of the year of admission. You need to appear for IPU_CET which is carried out by GGSIPU and the rank in this exam determines which college you get. Your JEE scores won't matter.

The main campus USBT(University School OF Biotechnology) admission process requires a rank below 150-170 for Delhi GENERAL and 50-70 for outside DELHI GENERAL.
So, you won't. You can still try for spot round.
