You need to study atleast for one year a postgraduate Diploma or a Masters which is for two years in the country where you want to work and then you can apply there for the job there itself when you get a work permit.

There are many government colleges like NITs, IITs, IIITs which are all good. Other than that, there are private colleges like BITS, LNMIIT, etc. which are good.

Admission in Gujarat is done through GUJCET exam and for admission in Government college of Maharashtra, you have to appear in MHTCET and you have to be eligible for the exam.
