No, according to the guidelines of UGC, a study center is not allowed outside the jurisdiction of university. So, SGVUDE do not have any center in Kerala.

You can do B Tech from any University in lateral entry mode. However, for a Diploma pass student, doing AMIE is the best option, if he is not willing to sacrifice his present job.
