The best distance MBA is without doubt from IGNOU. It has a great reputation. The course content is one of the best. I would not recommend doing M.Tech via distance education since it's full of problems. UGC is also likely to bar courses with practicals from being offered via distance education mode.

Yes, I think you will get a job in Delhi and if you have done some work, then you will get a job otherwise, your salary will not too much. It depend on you. How fast you work and how fast you can increase your salary by taking experience.

the eligibility for AME is 10+2 with PCM. Hence, if you have done Diploma after 10th then I am afraid, you are in trouble unless the college offering AME accepts Diploma as equivalent to 12th.
