CPL duration is not declared or precise as it is dependant on the infrastructure of flying school, geographical location, availability of navigational aids, serviceable aircrafts, instructors, weather etc.
Hence no flying school can declare the duration of CPL. As it requires 200hours of flying to be completed.
Generally it taken 8-10 months to get 200hrs of flying done if it is uninterrupted. Therefore you can expect CPL license to be issued in 1years time provided you clear your CPL issue exams conducted by DGCA parallel to the flying.

Indigo Airlines and Jet Airways both are two domestic airlines offering cadet pilot programmes. It commences from ab-initio and culminates at CPL and finally job with them. They do have job guarantee. But the training cost is much higher as compared to outside in the market.

Hi Faiz,
A career in aviation management offers opportunities to travel, meet new people and gain new experiences in travel to all the parts of the world.
These jobs entail supervising both flight and ground operations, including cargo and baggage handling, and coordinating flight and ground crew members. Many management jobs with airlines are focused on customer service, such as a manager of airport services. Duties may include developing and managing processes at the gates and ticket counters.

No flying school offers placements. But you are open to apply for job notification announced by airlines from time to time.
In General :
Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training.
You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.
Its very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL.
YOU CAN SKIP PPL AS IN ANY CASE YOU ARE ASPIRING FOR A HIGHER LICENSE, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU MORE PRIVILEGES THAN PPL.

Generalised detail for For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible.
