Indian Aviation Academy, based in Andheri suburb of Mumbai offers 10 different types of courses related to aviation. Besides course for Commercial Pilot Licence or CPL, the academy offers other courses related to aviation also. It's flying training is carried out from Juhu airport of Mumbai. It boasts of trained faculty as well as ISO certification. The attached link can give some more information if required.

Completing CPL training doesn't mean, that you will get job easily. Although, Aviation industry is growing at faster rate and there is demand of good pilots also. You may have to apply for different airlines to get job. You can also try in Air force or navy. Every airlines do publish the vacancies available in their company time to time. You can check websites and apply accordingly. You can also start your career with any training academy or private aircrafts.

(a)Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in Mathematics and Physics.
(b)Minimum 16 years of age to be eligible for a Private Pilot License and 17 for a Commercial Pilot License.
(c)Vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
(d)General physical fitness as approved by DGCA is mandatory.

Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT etc.

First, clear your 12th PCM with good grades and minimum of 50% with physics and Maths. After that, you can contact flying clubs like Bombay Flying Club, Carver Aviation for further process.
