No flying school offers placements. But you are open to apply for job notification announced by airlines from time to time.
In General :
Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training.
You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.
Its very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL.
YOU CAN SKIP PPL AS IN ANY CASE YOU ARE ASPIRING FOR A HIGHER LICENSE, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU MORE PRIVILEGES THAN PPL.

SPL, PPL are intermediate stages before you get a CPL.
You may skip PPL to directly go for CPL. But SPL is issued after initial exam within first week to allow you to start your flying training.
For PPL the requirement is 40 hrs of flying.
For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. Indigo Airlines and Jet Airways both are two domestic airlines offering cadet pilot programmes. It commences from ab-initio and culminates at CPL and finally job with them. They do have job guarantee. But the training cost is much higher as compared to outside in the market.

Aviation Management from Indian Aviation Academy is a full time certification course of 1 year duration. Basic Eligibility to pursue this course is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board. Interested candidates can apply directly to the college. Regards.

Air Carnival Aviation Academy of Coimbatore was started in year 2008, under a different name, but has now metamorphosed into a full-fledged school of vocational skill based training in the sphere of Aviation. Indian Institute of Aeronautics is perhaps the oldest institute to give training for becoming Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or AME. Started almost more than 40 years ago, it has produced many AME's who are now in almost all carriers operating out of India. It has two campuses, one in Delhi and other in Patna.
