Indian Institute of Art and Design offers admission to the respective courses on the basis of accepted entrance exams. IIAD admission to UG and PG programmes is based on the scores of iDAT and iMAT exams. Candidates can apply for admission in online and offline modes. Apart from the valid scores, the Institute considers personal interview results for the final admission.Based on the merit list released, shortlisted candidates must appear for document verification and must pay the fees to confirm the seat.

IIAD Delhi comprises of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in design and other creativity based fields. Key courses include:

1. 4 years full time Program –Communication design / Product design / Fashion design under B.Des.


2. Master of Design (M.Des.) – Mostly deals with the specialisation in the advanced further design thinking processes.

IIAD Delhi accepts admissions to various courses based on merit and the entrance exam scores. For students aspiring to get admission to the BDes course, 70% satisfies the basic eligibility criteria but students can only secure admissions as and when the entrance exams are cleared.
