The last date to fill out the IIAD 2026 hasn't been announced yet. The application form has to be filled out in online mode by eligible candidates.

The candidate can select their programme of study when filling out the application form. Note that IIAD application will open in online and offline mode.

No, you are not allowed to carry electronic gadgets inside the IIAD exam hall.

Any candidate who is found in possession of such items may be disqualified from IIAD exam. 

So, don’t carry such items inside the exam hall. Follow the guidelines issued by the exam conducting authority.

The IIAD DAT 2026 admit card will include the date and timings of the exam. It will also have the exam center reporting time.

You need to reach the exam centre as per the reporting time.

Note that if you arrive at the exam center after the exam has commenced, you will not be allowed entry.

If the candidate doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria, they mustn’t apply. Exam officials will verify the eligibility and any candidate who is found lacking will be disqualified. Also, if a candidate fakes their eligibility, they may be disqualified and might also face criminal charges.

The application fee is INR 2,500 (which is the same for all categories). The fee once paid is not refunded; so candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria are recommended to go ahead and fill out the online application form. 

Note that along with payment of the application fee, the candidate is also required to upload documents. But do make sure that the documents uploaded follow the prescribed specifications.

IIAD exam officials will not release any draft answer key.

It will declare the results directly on its admission portal. The candidate can check their results using their candidate credentials.

Since there is no answer keys, there will also be no answer key challenge.

There will be no draft answer keys for IIAD exam 2026 if we go by previous years' schedule. However, if exam officials fo release the answer key, the direct link to download the keys will be provided here. In case the draft key is released, it will contain details like the answer key code for each question. The candidate will also be allowed to challenge the draft key in some cases.

The results will be declared at the admission portal of IIAD 2025.

3. Enter your log-in credentials

4. On log-in, you can download the IIAD exam scorecard.

The online application form for IIAD had to be filled out online. Interested candidates could duly fill and submit their applications before the last date. The candidate had to fill out the application form following the link on the admission portal of the institute. 

The candidate must ensure that they apply for the IICD 2025 exam before the last date.

The question paper will include questions from Logical Reasoning and Creative Thinking & Visual Aptitude sections. The candidate will have 30 minutes to complete the Logical Reasoning section, while for the Creative Thinking & Visual Aptitude section, the candidate will have 2 hours.

The candidate must prepare for the IIAD exam as per the official pattern. Also, make it a point to follow the official syllabus.

To participate in the seat allotment process, the candidate must have qualified in the exam. Exam officials will release the detailed counseling-cum-seat allotment process on its admission portal.

Typically, the seat allotment will be based on the following factors:

• The merit rank of the candidate in the entrance exam

• The seat intake for the applied program

• Options selected by the candidate

If the candidate doesn’t accept the seat allocated to him or her, the allotment will be canceled. Exam officials will release the deadline for acceptance and fee payment schedule.

If the allotment is cancelled, the vanacent seat will be allocated to the candidate next in the order of merit.

So, it is the responsibility of the candidate to pay the seat-acceptance fee by the given deadline.

The result will be released online. The scorecard will carry the following information.

• The name and roll number of the candidate

• Sectional score

• Overall score

• Merit rank

The scorecard will be available for download in pdf format. Download and take a printout.

The best books of IIAD exam 2025 will have the following characteristics:

• They will be written as per the official IIAD DAT 2025 exam syllabus

• Also, there will be very few to no errors in these books

• The books will be well written and easy to follow

• These books will also have infographics to explain various concepts. 

• Good books will also contain lots of practice material and examples.

In the last few days leading up to the IIAD exam exam, you need to follow these points:

• Don’t start any new topics as it will eat into your preparation time.

• If you have already completed the rest of the topics, may be you can start a new topic. But again you need to be cautious

• Do timely revision and focus more on the difficult topics

• Solve sample papers

• Take mock tests

• Eat and stay healthy

On the day of the IIAD exam, make sure that you follow the rules given herein:

• Carry the admit card and an ID proof

• Reach the exam centre as per the reporting time mentioned in the admit card

• Follow the exam guidelines; don;t carry any electronic gadgets or illegal items

• Inside the exam venue, follow the instructions of the invigilator. 

The IIAD 2025 exam has two parts - IIAD Design Aptitude Test (iDAT) and Studio Simulation. However, those seeking admission to Fashion Management courses need to appear in the IIAD Management Aptitude Test (iMAT) and Interview. The exam will be conducted in online and on-campus modes.
