There are a total of seven subjects that are covered in the second year of the programme. It shall be divided into semesters for the academic year. Some of the subjects taught in the second year of  IIAD Delhi BA in Communication Design course are:

• Visual Language II
• Digital Narratives
• Materiality
• UX/UI
• Spatial Narratives II, etc.

The IIAD Delhi BA in Fashion Design curriculum includes year/semester wise course syllabus. Students can check out the subjects covered in the programme. There are two 8-week internship included in the course curriculum. Some of the subjects included in the curriculum are:

• Building Shapes and Forms
• Brand and Client
• Complex Design Process
• Tools of Design
• Body and Diversity, etc.

IIAD Delhi BA in Interior Architecture and Design is a three-year course divided into six semesters. The students have to undergo a one-year foundation course as well. In the first year, students also have to undergo a learn-on-site eight week internship. Some of the subjects included in the IIAD Delhi BA in Interior Architecture and Design course curriculum are:

• Fundamentals of Built Environment
• Personal Narratives
• Body and Space
• Material Exploration
• Anthropometrics and Ergonomics
• Interdisciplinary Project

Yes, IIAD offers scholarships to the eligible students. The IIAD Delhi BA course aspirants shall be able to apply for the scholarship scheme on its official website or can get in touch with the admission office. The institute facilitates merit-cum-means scholarships to high-scoring students. The aspirants who pass the IIAD entrance exam become eligible to apply for the scholarships. Moreover, to avail the scholarship, the aspirants are also required to submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) by defining their financial needs. 

Indian Institute of Art and Design has a seat intake of 40 for its BA course in Fashion Design. Candidates are admitted to the course as per this seat intake. Additionally, for seat allotment, the applicants scores in the IIAD exam and academic background shall be considered for selection. This seat intake is taken from the official website/sanctioning body. It is subject to change and hence, is indicative.

IIAD Delhi offers three-year BA programme across four specialisations. The course duration becomes four years as students have to undergo a foundation course as well. Admission to the course is based on merit in the IIAD Design Aptitude Test (IDAT). The course specialisations are as follow:

• Communication Design
• Interior Architecture and Design
• Fashion Design
• Fashion Communication

The last date to fill out the IIAD 2026 application has not been released. IIAD application is open for UG and PG programmes. The exam will be conducted on December 13, 2025 and December 14, 2025.

The IIAD 2024 entrance test is conducted for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by the Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD).

• UG courses: BA. (Hons) in Fashion Design/ Communication Design/ Interior Architecture Design and B.A. (Hons) in Fashion Business Management
• PG courses: MA in Fashion Design and MA in Fashion Business Management
