You should have passed your 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of the following topics Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocation subject Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Practice, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics or Business Studies to be able to pursue B.Tech AI at Medi-Caps University in Indore. Even if the candidate clears the sectional and overall cutoff in IPMAT exam but does not get shortlisted for the PI round, it means that the candidate is eligible but not among the top-ranked candidates based on the composite score. Such a candidate will not be considered for admission to the IPM programme.
Such candidates can opt for reappearing for the exam next year, as there is no provision of re-evaluation. Candidates can also consider applying to other institutes which accept IPMAT Indore scores, such as NIRMA University, TAPMI, etc.

IPMAT Indore and IPMAT Rohtak counselling process is conducted by the IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak, respectively. The processes are different and conducted differently. Majorly the difference lies in exam structure, weightage, number of seats, etc.
