IPS Academy admission is both merit and entrance based. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and appear for the entrance examinations for the entrance specific courses must appear for the document verification and counselling process to confirm their admission.

Not always. While most reputed colleges prefer JEE Main scores, some private engineering colleges in Indore also offer direct admission based on Class 12th merit, especially under management quota seats. So, if you haven't cleared JEE Main with a strong rank, you may still get into a decent private BTech college through the merit-based route.

Yes, placements are good at DAVV Indore. Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya overall placement report 2026 has not been released yet. However, Institute of Engineering and Technology has released its placement report for 2026. The highest package recorded for BTech during the DAVV placements was INR 22 LPA in 2026. The average package recorded was INR 7.72 LPA. The top recruiting companies include TCS, Infosys, Mahindra Group, Reliance, Wipro, Cognizant and Accenture, etc.

Yes, nursing admission in Indore is mostly merit-based rather than relying on extremely high cutoffs. Many private colleges accept students with average marks in Class 12 Science. This makes nursing a good option for students who may not qualify for NEET-based courses. Just make sure the college is INC approved before applying.

No, NEET is not compulsory for BSc Nursing admission anywhere in India. This exam is only required for MBBS and BDS courses. Most nursing colleges in Indore admit students based on merit in Class 12 Science subjects. Some colleges may conduct their own entrance test instead. This makes nursing a good option for students who didn't clear NEET. It opens up healthcare careers without the NEET requirement.

Government College of Nursing is most often the first choice due to its long history and INC accreditation. Bombay College of Nursing and Bombay Hospital Nursing College are also very well known. Both colleges have good clinical exposure through the hospital associations.
