Since there are more alternatives in civil for government jobs, I can infer that you want to study M.Tech but not PSU if you want to succeed in GATE CS. I am listing the materials a kid will require for preparation since I was a GATE aspirant:
a solid, well-organized course. Good assistance with clearing up doubts from a coaching facility. Cost-effective. Encouragement and morale to maintain discipline.
