What is best for your future depends on where you see your future. You first to do a little introspection, that what actually you want. Then only you should decide what you should have to do. Nothing wrong in doing MCA if you wish to go for IT and application. Of you are willing for Data Science Technology then you may go for, M.Sc. In Statistics or Data Science.
