Hello Hira,
It is very nice to see that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in IT. It's great that you already have set your sights. However, admissions to engineering colleges are based on the basis of class 12th exam and not on class 10th. Hence, I would like to advise you that please study well in class 10th as well as class 11th and class 12th, and score good marks. Then, think of admission in engineering. Best wishes.

As you have done B.Tech in IT and want compatible course then I would suggest you to go for MBA IT. Reason being you have already knowledge about IT as you did your graduation in IT so it will be easy for you to study same technology in Masters. Your concepts will become more strong after doing Masters in IT. Some of the good universities offering MBA in IT are Anna University, Chennai University, Lovely Professional University.

BCA+MBA is a good option as it gives you the technical skills as well as the management skills.
Good Luck.

B.Tech in information and communication technology from DA-IICT is better as it is ranked higher and also has better job opportunities. It will also ensure better work exposure as they have specialisation in a particular field. B.Tech in computer technology from nirma university is not bad but when you compare it with DA-IICT, the later is better option. If you are able to get an admission in DA-IICT you should definitely take there. Boarding facilities are also better there than nirma university. In nirma you will get a better faculty support. Recruiting companies are almost similar in both the colleges. It then depends on you what to

No, there isn't any scholarship on the basis of entrance exam. It has been held just for the sake of admission. However, you can get scholarships once you join KIIT and come out with flying colors in respective semester exams.
