Obviously, B.Tech is better than BCA because you have to work harder for your future. B.Tech is of 4 years and BCA is of 3 years. Ofcourse B.Tech is a very good stream in which you get lot of opportunity with which you can enhance your skill and enhance yourself so, B.Tech is a very good course career where you can and achieve more and can learn more and you can also get a very good job by pursuing B.Tech from a very good university.

Hi, MCA is the post graduation degree called Masters of Computer Applications. It can be pursued after the BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application). This degree is helpful if you want to make your career in the computers & IT field.

Hi,
Thinking about getting a PR is too early for you. A PR does not come automatically with the university admission. You must first receive the university acceptance, complete the course, get a job and work in Canada for a few years till you are eligible. You have to extend your stay and things will depend on your job, employer etc. Different province have different requirements for PR. Some provinces have better scope. You can check the Canada immigration website for details.

Yes, you can take admission for BCA in lateral entry, because for lateral entry you need 3 year Diploma.
