Since you got 38% in your XII then you are bound to pursue your degree from IGNOU only. The IGNOU is not the best but still it will help you to a greater extent. You just have to appear for the final exam and you have to make peojects also and side by side you can also start your buisness.
Course fee is 36,000 for III years.
Course Duration is 3 Years
There is no bar for the maximum and the minimum age.
Eligiblity is only 12th.
As the fees is 36,000 it means that you just have to pay 6,000 per semester.
For admission related purpose you can even call or mail them or simply you can go to the centre.
After acquiring the Bachelors Degree (BCA)

B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, and Computer Science are the available options for your need. No matter from which specialization you did the Diploma, you can opt for any of the courses in B.Tech.

Yes, you are eligible for NIMCET MCA exam, because the requirement is to have Maths in graduation as one subject. So, don't worry, just do your preparation well and go ahead. And, while in campus, you will be going according to your degree means. If a company demand is of UG or PG, there is different post according to your qualification.
