The MCA course offered at AKTU is two years long. Aspirants must check out the course-specific eligibility criteria before applying for admission to this college for MCA. Eligibility: The eligibility criteria require a candidate to have graduated (in any discipline) with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Candidates must have completed Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% aggregate.

AKTU is a state-level, public collegiate university. Formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), it is a University of National Importance, specially for the UG and PG courses offered in the field of Engineering and Science. AKTU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Coming to the AKTU placements, the university has not released the placement report for the year 2023. However, as per media reports, 1,531 students were selected in TCS. A total of 318 students were placed with a package of INR 7.60 LPA in TCS Digital and rest 1,213 students were placed with a package of INR 3.60 LPA in TCS Ninja during AKTU placement 2023.

DR. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University is expected to conduct a total of six rounds for CUET-UG-qualified candidates. However, the cutoff rounds are conducted as per seat availability. If seats are available after AKTU round six of the counselling process, the University will release the special round to fulfil their vacant seats.

Yes, applicants allotted seat at the time of UPTAC counselling seat allotment have to report at the institute as per the schedule. Candidates need to report at the institute before the last date for admission confirmation. Applicants have to carry all the documents and xerox copies at the time of physical reporting. Applicants who fail to report at the allotted institute will be disqualified from the admission process.
