WSM Admission Process:
Students can apply for any of the mentioned autonomous distance learning programs based on the eligibility criteria.
Admission on Site:
For taking admission, student have to submit self-attested Xerox copy of following documents to any authorized center, Head office and corporate office of WSM.
XEROX copy of academic documents self-attested with provisional certificate/degree/migration.
5 Passport size colored photograph
DD in favor of WISDOM SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT, payable at Lucknow.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. Since you are a B.Com you would not be able to take admission in MCA as you would be required to have a BCA first. However, based on your interest you can join private institutes who offer such courses affiliated to international institutes/boards to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. For studying MBA abroad, first you have to pass IELTS, which is English proficiency test. You need to score something 6.5 to 7.5, then you need to give entrance exam for MBA some college take admission through NMAT or some other exam according to University, then there will be pi and one pro tip from my side be ready to pay a good amount of fees, if you want to pursue MBA abroad.

For private jobs, yes it matters. They will want a candidate who has academic exposure and has some early experiencing field that is gained through internships. You will be able to study at home, but for internships you will have to work under an institute. So, a regular student will be prioritized in a private job.

Yes, SMUDE is a UGC recognized institute, and it's courses are also valid. It will be accepted everywhere and in every government department. It is perfectly valid. Some of my friends are working in government sector with the degree from SMUDE.
