BCA is a Bachelor of computer application. You can pursue this graduate degree after your class 12th exam, and this is a computer course. You can enroll only in this course, if you choose Maths Science (not for biology students) in class 12th. BCA course covers computer languages, web technology, computer and network architecture and many other computers stuff. After a BCA, you can also go for its Master's degree i.e MCA Masters of computer application.

Honestly speaking, it is very difficult to get BIT-Sindri in such rank as general. There's only around 750 seats are available there, now you can calculate what should be the rank for being selected there. As there's many seats being reserved for SC/ST (around 3040%) now remain seats are filled students having rank 1000 and below ( after considering some are being selected for JEE Mains and advanced). However, in 2nd and 3rd round of counselling there's chance of getting the same. I would strongly suggest you to give yourself one more chance if you are capable. All the best.

Hi, frankly speaking B-Tech IT student earns more than M.Sc Microbiology. In B-Tech, scope is vast. The more additional certifications you do, you get more success. But, in Microbiology, you may go till Ph.D. and then in research work, then you can expect more package. If we talk about B.Tech, it is also not a simple thing now a days. Now, if you have learnt and groomed with professional way, then you can expect much of the success, you can pursue it from top universities like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, GLA university etc.
