Yes, it is compulsory but you can submit it after taking admission. Just one thing you need to do is write application why you haven't got your TC and when you will submit your TC.

Yes, you can. The minimum eligibility requirement for CPL is just class 12th. You should have passed class 12th with PCM (50% marks). For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot and, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible.
Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visit: http://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/medical-ind.htm and go to the class 2nd examiners tab

JUET test pattern is such that there are two question papers, one for UG course admissions and the other for PG course admissions. JUET exam comprises of 150 objective type questions. Hello Sanjay, Getting into US is becoming increasingly difficult with each passing year. On the other hand, Australia sends it's mission twice a year in India to promote colleges there. I feel that due to this reason you should select to go to Australia.
