Well, as per the declared dates. The result must have been out by now. As the results were set out to be between 23rd and 27th June. But yes, there may be a delay. It may get out in a few days.

Yes and no but try counselling if you're not OC open category then definitely yes. If you're OC maybe you can get good colleges but not OU, CBIT or JNTU. I got TSICET rank of 706 in 2017 and I still didn't get OU or CBIT seat and I was OC and I was trying for MBA. But there is no guarantee, since its MCA you're trying for you may have a chance. All the best.
