You can apply online for university college by Kurukshetra University official website (kuk.ac.in). Then, click on 'centralized online admission', and register yourself for your course. Then, there will be a cutoff list, counselling and admission.

There is no such information given by the college in regards to the placements on their webpage. However, as per the student's reviews placements are average here. To get detailed information on the placements you can get in touch with the students/alumni of the institute or you can also send the query to the college for the same.
