If you compare this three on their volume of Course-
BCA B.Sc CS B.Tech CS or BCA B.Tech CS B.Sc CS depending on the college or university. To pursue BCA, you can join from Science, Commerce and Arts background. There's just a small difference between the two in 7th and 8th sem in most of the universities.
A small hardware part is included along with Software in CSE, and IT includes only the software part. Hope you will understand. All the best.

But they can other course fee, the learner will be required to deposit the following fee at appropriate time by way of demand draft drawn in favour of SVSU Distance Education payable at Meerut:
Examination Fee : Rs. 1400 per year
Reappear Paper Fee : Rs. 250 per paper
Credit Transfer Fee : Rs. 1500
Continuation Fee : Rs. 500
Revaluation Fee : Rs. 200 per paper
Change of Address Fee : Rs. 200
Change of Specialization Fee : Rs. 200
Certificate/ Diploma/ Provisional Degree Fee : Rs. 500
Consolidated Marksheet Fee : Rs. 300
Duplicate Marksheet Fee : Rs. 200

Dear,
BCA and B.Tech in IT/ CSE- Both the degrees are functional for the career of the students in the IT industry. But BCA is a 3-year professional degree course whereas B.Tech is a 4-year engineering degree course after completion of which you will be posted as an engineer with a better position as well as salary structure.
So it is always wise to pursue B.Tech in CSE/IT if opportunity prevails rather than doing BCA (even followed by MCA).
