I think, as per my knowledge the best college for BCA is Fairfield institute of Management and technology (FIMT) of GGSIP University. The curriculum is good & as updated regularly. Thus, college is best for it. So, just go for it via earning the entrance or by management quota after giving entrance exam of GGSIP University.

Yes,
The students who don't have Maths or CS are eligible for the BCA, but it is tough to play with this course, because all the subjects and topics you will study here is all far away from the other ones. Well, it is only tough, not impossible. Go for it.

Yes, it is quite good. The faculty did know the subjects they were teaching. The standard was maintained very well all through the three year course. At times fresh M.Sc students who passed out of the same college were chosen as faculty to teach Bachelor course subjects, which I personally don't feel happy about.

Hello,
The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent(diploma degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination. So, according to your marks you are not eligible for BCA so I advise you to appear in compartment exam and then continue your admission process.
