I think, as per my knowledge the best college for BCA is Fairfield institute of Management and technology (FIMT) of GGSIP University. The curriculum is good & as updated regularly. Yes, it is quite good. The faculty did know the subjects they were teaching. The standard was maintained very well all through the three year course. At times fresh M.Sc students who passed out of the same college were chosen as faculty to teach Bachelor course subjects, which I personally don't feel happy about.

The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent(diploma degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination. So, according to your marks you are not eligible for BCA so I advise you to appear in compartment exam and then continue your admission process.
