No, they don't look over your marks of any individual subject. They may check out your aggregate marks in 12th class. If you are having above 60% aggregate, then there is no reason to be worried.

Dear Pooja!
In this case, you have possibly 2 options, #1) If you have missed the entrance of MCA. You can drop 1 (or 2 year) and utilise that effectively by gaining work experience in related field. This increase the Probability of MCA selection and gives you sufficient time for entrance preparation. #2) or you can do M.Sc. [IT/Statistics] or Data Science (preferred) else you can take tell chance for MBA. Pooja, whichever options you find suitable for you, go with it. Hope this helps.
