No! It offers only B.Tech as Bachelors degree, other all degrees are of Masters, those are MCA, M.Sc, MBA and M.Tech!
Some vocational courses are also provided!

There is no criteria for lateral into BCA course! You have to do 3 year Programme! You can do it through Distance or Part time according to your need!

If you have done B.Tech CSE/IT, you can join MBA in IT. Here you will able to continue your field of education. You can pursue your MBA at Jk Lakshmipat University, and this university will help you to get a job since their placement cell is excellent. In order to a Ph.D, you would first need to do a Masters in the field of your choice and then apply for higher studies. To know about the admission process of Mumbai University, it is best to check the official website and get to know what they require for admissions. Mostly integrated like B.Tech+MBA, B.Tech+M.Tech etc is of 5 years tenure but in case of BCA+MCA, it's always 6 years.

Yes, you can get admission in various Private colleges or government. Colleges in information technology or electronics engineering without giving CET or JEE. But for government. Colleges you have to take admissions through management quota. But many of private colleges are worthless. They will charge you 3 times more of a normal engineering college fee (probably a higher multiple for an IIT / NIT) and at the end, you can not guarantee your worth. If you have money to spend then can certainly try these. So I advice you to appear for JEE or CET exam to get good college again next year ( if result is not satisfying or if not applied for

Yes, If you have maths then it good. If you don't have, there is no problem.And yes off course, Having maths improve your logics and ideas for better programming practise.
