WBJEE JECA 2025 result date is yet to be announced. The candidates will be able to view the WBJEE JECA result a few weeks after the exam, which will be conducted on October 19, 2025. The official website link to view the WBJEE JECA result will be uploaded online on wbjeeb.nic.in. The candidates will be able to view the scores and ranks they have achieved through the WBJEE JECA result.

The age of the students will be used as the final guideline, if the authorities are not able to break the tie. If the students have the same WBJEE score and the tie breaking guidelines is unable to settle the rank, then the older student will be given a higher rank.

If two or more students have the same WBJEE score, then the tie breaking guidelines will be followed. The student who has an lesser negative marks in PCM will be given a higher rank. If the tie is not broken, the step-by-step guideline will be followed.

The WBJEE merit list will be prepared to allot ranks to the students who have qualified the exam. The scores obtained in the exam will be used to prepare the merit list. There will be two merit lists – General Merit Rank List and Pharmacy Merit Rank List.

WBJEE result will be downloadable in form of a rank card. Students will have to log in with required details to check result. Once logged in, they can download result as WBJEE rank card. It will be needed during counselling and admission.

WBJEEB will announce WBJEE 2026 toppers. Highest scoring students will be given top ranks in WBJEE 2026. In previous year, Aniruddha Chakrabarti secured first rank in WBJEE, followed by Samyajyoti Biswas and Dishaanth Basu in second and third rank. List of the top 10 rankers in WBJEE 2026 will be released by authorities.

WBJEE result will not be sent through post or email. Students will have to log in with their roll number and password to check and download WBJEE result. They can download result in form of a rank card.

If the students have any grievance about their WBJEE score, then they can raise a query through email to information [at]wbjeeb.nic.in. The grievances have to be submitted within 24 hours of the result declaration. Along with the grievance, the students will also have to attach copies of their OMR, rank card, question booklet number and its series code along with the question wise calculation of the score.

Wrong answers will be negatively marked in WBJEE. Weightage of the negative marking depends on the category of questions. Category I and II questions have negative marking. There is no negative marking for Category III questions.

WBJEE marking scheme is different according to category of question. The questions are divided into three categories. For Category I and II, there is negative marking, while there is none for Category III questions.
