Hello Manu, To pursue Management in ITES, you need to go through the same process as for MBA, and sit for national level Enterence written like CAT CMAT etc. In the final year you can choose IT subjects like agile learning, IT management, software maintainance management etc. Post results of written you will be called for interview and GD. IT management is an interesting field to dive into. All the best.
