However, which stream of MBA you should to choose will entirely depends upon you. Whats in your interest and what are your future plans!. When we use the term IT, generally, it doesn't replicate IT stream for any course i.e. BE/ B.Tech, it specifies IT industry as a whole which includes both CSE and IT. The answer to your question is CSE is more preferred as compared to IT as options for the job profiles are little higher for CSE.
