Prathap, you definitely can go for B.Tech IT after diploma electrical as syllabus for Ist year is same for all the branches and specializations start from IInd year onward only.
You can go for B.Tech lateral entry I.e.direct admission in IInd year of B.Tech. For lateral entry either give LEET or opt for good private universities where admission is based on their own tests or marks in diploma. They offer world class environment to students along with good placements. Some even offer good scholarships to students.
Check the websites of some good universities for more details.

A network device that both modulates and demodulates analog career signals (called sine waves) for encoding and decoding digital information for processing. Modems accomplish both of these tasks simultaneously and, for this reason, the term modem is a combination of "modulate" and "demodulate."

Harshal , you can take admission in BCA without Maths also. Many private universities offer admission in BCA on basis of 12th in any stream.
Most of these universities are offering good placements and placement assistance to the students. Some even offer scholarships to students subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

Vakeel, you can do PGDCA after BA. In cas you had maths in 12th or in BA you can directly get admission in MCA or after PGDCA you can go for lateral entry in MCA.
Admission to MCA in some institutes is based on entrance test, some give direct admission on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam.
Check websites of some institutions for details.
