You can go for software testing or oracle course. Testing is the most recommended, if you don't like coding or you can change your field totally by working on a different profile for which you need to have good communication skills. You can also go for MBA.

Yes Cloud computing course can be done after or parallel to Engineering in CSE. Learn Linux, virtualization tools and techniques like Docker, OpenVz, KVM, Virtual box and go ahead. Its a great job.
