Hello Laxman Ingale, many state governments offer scholarships to deserving students from St or SC community so that they can pursue the studies without bothering about finances. Many states offer 100% fee concession or fee reimbursement while some States offer in different varieties of percentage ages. According to the latest and past cut offs you have a good chance of getting into Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The opening cut off rank is around 82 and the closing rank is around 1700.

Hello Raghul R, no, Sastra deemed to be university does not prescribe any cutoff for admission. What this means is that a student with any percentage or any ranking can see admission by applying. Of course it's different story whether such student will get admission or not because it depends on the number of seats available and number of students who have applied.
