Even though the Jain University conducts its own entrance test- Jain Entrance Test JET candidates can get direct admission to the university.
Jain Entrance Test JET for PG programme
The applicant (s) must fulfil these criteria to be eligible to seek provisional admission for PG Programs
The applicant (s) must appear for and clear the Jain Entrance Test JET which includes:Written TestPersonal Interview (PI)
The applicant (s) must obtain the minimum cut-off percentage and above in Degree Examination / Equivalent examination recognised by Jain (Deemed-to-be University). The cut-off percentage will be communicated to the applicant (s) during the JET process, as it differs depending on the programme selected.

Basics : You should have solid command over the languages C/C+ and Java. All you need is to refer great online resources such as TutorialsPoint, and do coding practice in Hackerrank, Codeacademy etc. There are no kind of worries once you're thorough with basics. CV : The most important part and the decider is CV. The interviewer asks you questions based on what you've mentioned in the CV. Make sure that you've built a neat looking, relevant CV with clean typeface. Try to create your own resume, never ever get a resume made by your friend. Aptitude : Why Aptitude? Aptitude is conducted as a preliminary round to assess your computing, vocabulary, analytical and pyschometric capabilities. Practice all sorts of problems from number series to boats and streams to the most difficult ones, so as to make yourself strong. Its really easy to clear the Aptitude Test of most of the companies. Refer indiabix to practice all categories of aptitude problems. Technical : Core companies and skill based companies make this round compulsory. There might be one or two rounds of technical, in order to assess your technical and programming/coding knowledge. Refer to things I'd mentioned in the basics at the top. During technical, the Interviewer may ask about what technology you like, favorite subject/language/IDE and why. Also don't forget to read articles on the latest technologies such as Big Data, IoT, Machine Learning. Expected questions are Database related, SQL commands, C/C+/Java (OOPS). Secret to clear interviews easily : CONFIDENCE AND BETTER COMMUNICATION. Yes, Confidence and good communication are the hidden gems most probably many candidates forget to make use of. To improve them, read newspapers, watch some English films, do hundreds of mock interviews (nothing wrong in doing mock interviews alone). .
