I think you have to first focus on your BCA. NEET needs enough preparation time and three months are not enough for NEET. Students are spending one or two years in coaching centers for success in NEET exam. BCA will also give you enough career opportunities.

No, you cannot get admission in 2nd semester of BCA in KIIT College of Engineering, Gurgaon. The eligibility criteria of BCA is given below.
Eligibility: The minimum eligibility for BCA is 55% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination. There are no subject level restrictions for pursuing BCA as students with any subjects in 10+2 can apply for BCA unlike B.Tech.

See both are very different fields of study and it's true that the integrated course isn't the best for BCA and LL.B. What you should rather do is that complete your graduation in BCA and then complete LL.B. This way you have a wide scope in Technological law. Other than that, what I would suggest as a law student is that go with an integrated B.A. LL.B. Or BBA LL.B. Course, it has a much wider scope and is going to be the next big thing in future.
