No, actually you can't, because the Eligibility Criteria for pursuing M.Sc. Agriculture is different. You should have done your UG in either of these:
Bachelor's in Agriculture
Bachelor's in Forestry
Bachelor's in Horticulture
In a recognised University and secured 60% aggregate marks. So, B.Sc. In CSC and IT will not be applicable for doing M.Sc. In Agriculture!

The eligibility criteria of Bharti Vidyapith Pune for MCA is given below. Eligibility MCA (Two Years Full Time): recognised full time Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years, in BCA/ Bachelor's degree in computer Science engineering or equivalent Degree. Or
Passed B.Sc. /B.Com/B.A. With Mathematics at 10+ 2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University. A graduate of any recognised university in any discipline with 50% or more marks (45% for SC/ST candidates)
Admission criteria: BMAT examination of BVDU is compulsory for all.

While BBA is a management course, BCA is a technical course. BCA is more simple and easier for students who completed their 10+2 in Science. BBA is simpler for students with a commerce background. Both BBA and BCA are graduate-level courses that open doors for postgraduate degrees like MBA and MCA.

One has set 94.17 per cent for Physics subject against last year's 96.4 per cent set by BJB College. Similarly, BJB's cut-off mark was 95.40 percent for zoology. little variation can occur in different subjects

Yes bro, you are eligible. You can make the EWS Certificate wisely by not telling them that you have any OBC Certificate, and you have to simply provide all the required documents for EWS, then collect it after 14 days.

You can not do BBA and BCA together. Yes, if you want to do both these courses together in distance mode, you can do it, but the field of both courses is different, then no student needs to do both together.
