LPUs investment in intellectual capital is way beyond comprehension, extremely qualified and talented! With a research powerhouse of more than 100 post-doctorates and 700 PHDs, LPUs strength is its academic power. Coming to infrastructure, the huge 600 acre plus campus which is equipped with every machinery, equipment, and software required in all the programs is a wonder in itself, just, for example, more than 10 companies have established centers for excellence within the campus with their investment to keep an eye on the abundant talent!
The central library is one massive 6 story building with lacs of books and a network to produce any title anytime! And this is in addition to many other libraries in all the departments. Industry plays an important part in shaping the careers of students at LPU, from consulting for curriculum to guest lectures, industry interface, internships, consulting projects, establishing centers, providing machinery and equipment, software, certifications and finally immersing the students from campus. Attracting 30000 plus students, 200 international universities, and more than 600 companies from all over the world to its state of the art multicultural campus year after year after year speaks volumes about LPU.

Aerospace is a highly specialized subject of study and research, and the abilities required in the industry are outside the scope of most university courses. Out of all the famous names listed above, only LPU may be regarded as the only one that has established this programme to international standards and has the research facilities to back it up. LPU has recognised this and has designed the curriculum in collaboration with the industry. LPU's most major achievement, which no other private university has done thus far, is the development of a space research center with mission control facilities. Engineers should always be able to be found at LPU. LPU offers a B.Tech (Aerospace Engineering) degree programme. This curriculum is intended for students interested in designing airplanes, spacecraft, satellites, or missiles. Furthermore, these engineers test prototypes to guarantee that they work properly. These professionals also develop components and sub-assemblies for these crafts, such as engines, airframes, and wings.
