 IAE Bhopal offers a decent placements for its BTech passed out students. The institute offers guidance placement officers who help them prepare for interviews, build professional resumes, and connect with top aviation companies and MROs. IAE has not released the placement report for the year 2023. However, as per Shiksha review, the the highest package offered was INR 5.40 LPA during the IAE Bhopal placement recent placement drive, respectively. Many top recruiters, such as SpiceJet, Air Asia, and Vistara etc. visited the campus. This is to note that, the placement stats mentioned here are gathered from Shiksha review. Hence, the stats may vary further.

The Institute of Aeronautics and Engineering, Sha-Shib Group of Institutions has a 100% placement percentage. The group has been able to maintain high placement statistics over the years, and students have had record-breaking placements. 

The group offers in-house placement at its flying clubs, CAMO, aviation academy, and MROs after completing the AME course. 

The group's top recruiting companies include Air India, Indigo, and Go Air. Students also train in maintenance repair organizations like Air Works, GMR, and Air India. 

The Times of India has ranked Sha-Shib Group 50th among India's top 100 private engineering colleges for placement.
