Yes, you can apply for BE/B.Tech. There is not an issue regarding board percentage but remember one thing you should have a good JEE score to get a good college in order to pursue engineering or you can easily get any college (private).

Fees in this college was around Rs.40T per semester. But fees have a habit of increasing every year. Hence i would advise you to check with the college about change if any.
