No, Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences is a private medical college with a very high fee infrastructure for MBBS. For the first year, it has a fee of at least 16 Lakhs while in IMS-BHU it is just only 20,000 for the first year of MBBS. The Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS) at BHU is affiliated with Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Sciences and offers various medical programs. On the other hand, the Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS) is affiliated with premier institutes such as AIIMS, BHU, AMU, KGMU, and CMC. In conclusion, IMS-BHU is not as expensive as the Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences.

HIM is a private college with a very high fee structure i.e. 16 Lacs for the first year of MBBS and on the other side in IMS-BHU it is just 20000 for the first year of MBBS. Not only fee structure but also the IMS-BHU provides more variety of courses with experienced college teachers. So IMS-BHU is definitely a better choice when compared to Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences.
