Institute of Rural Management Anand offers Fellowship Programme in Management at the doctoral level. The minimum eligibility is to have a Master's degree or equivalent from a recognised university. Those who have secured First Division in Engineering & Technology, Management, Economics, Social Science, Biological Science, Pure Science, Commerce or Humanities are eligible. Students appearing for the final year and expecting to get their degrees by Jul 01, 2025 may also apply. However, such students if selected must provide the final year marksheet before Dec 31, 2025.

Admission to IRMA Anand is entrance-based. Students must clear the relevant entrance exam in order to get admission to the institute. However, admission to Certificate courses are done on merit basis. Other factors for the candidate's admission depends on academic performance, work experience, and performance in the personal interview (PI) round, along with their score on the CAT, XAT, CMAT, or GMAT exams.

IRMA Anand does not accept students through direct admissions. The selection to the various courses offered at the institute are subject to fulfilment of the eligibility and selection criteria. The institute accepts various national-level entrance tests, such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT, etc. Additionally, the institute also conducts IRMAWAT and Personal Interviews based on which students are shortlisted.

IRMA Anand accepts the score of CAT exam for admission to courses like MBA/PGDM and executive MBA/PGDM. The courses are offered in full time mode and the duration is of 2 years and 15 months respectively. The total tuition fees for these courses are INR 13.6 L and INR 7.6 K. apart from CAT, the college also accepts the scores of exams like XAT and CMAT. However, before proceeding, students must make sure that they meet the eligibility specified eligibility criteria. Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate.
