Post Graduate Diploma in International Business (PGDIB) - is two year course.
Any graduate (with 50% aggregate marks) from any recognised Indian/Foreign University shall be eligible for admission to the course.

Regular MBA is better than Diploma courses.

The budget is low considering your area of interest. Best institute for this is IIFT and the course fee goes up to around 3 LPA. Alternate option is to do MBA from Pondicherry University in international business which will be within your budget but you should not expect good placement package.
