The supplementary application form is more of a personal statement through which you must showcase your motivation, skills, achievements and so on. You can appear for exam like IIFT, I think in India no other college is as good as IIFT (Indian institute of foreign trade) for international business.

Listening to your situation and experience, if you go to Dubai or any other gulf country now, you would get salary more than you are getting now i.e. if you're getting Rs.20,000, so there you'll get up to Rs.4 to Rs.45,000 and living expenses are also negotiable.
