As u know that number of MNCs are growing day by day and every business personnel has a wish to expand its product and services out of country's boundary. There is no difference in avg salary in any of the disciplines it's more or less same be it finance or.marketing and yes for fresher's salary is around avergae itself. So for the average package information goto the fore website.
