Both have equal. But international biz is gaining momentum since its niche. thou jobs offered are mainly into financial or marketing streams. Export and Imports, Freight management, International marketing are some profiles offered.

The Placements packages are always decides on the performance of the students only, well, I am here sharing the packages recently which were offered to my senior batch, Travel and Tourism : Minimum = 15,000 in hand per month + accommodation + travel allowance + other incentives. maximum = 25,000 in hand per month + travel allowance + other incentives. International Business : Minimum = 25,000 in hand per month + travel allowance + incentives. maximum = 30,000 in hand per month + travel allowance + incentives. and As per communicated by IITTM management , previous batch(2013-2015) highest package of "International business" was 13 lacs

An MBA in UK requires applicants to have 3 years work experience. There are some universities accepting freshers, but I will suggest you gain required work experience and pursue MBA from a known university for better scope and career prospects. Good Luck.

Hello Abhishek . The scope and growth in international business is very good specially these days when many new opportunities are opening by government itself. You can opt logistic , import/export company to work in by choosing IB even in forex dpt. you can work and many companies do visit for placement in campus specially for IB students. If I talk about JIMS placement of IB that is also impressive this year almost students of IB has been placed now .
