You can check the cutoff for the Fortune Institute of International Buisness on their official website and cutoff for every exam is released and you can check you are eligible or not maybe chances are there where you have cleared the cutoff but yet not pass the interview. The cut off 2022 are as follows CMAT 70 CAT 50 MAT 65 XAT 50.
You can check the cutoff and then you can apply for the Fortune Institute of International Buisness.

You can join Fortune Institute of International Buisness without MAT but you have to give atleast one of this CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA and have a percentile over 50% . You can't get admission directly without clearing one of the CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA and also your previous academic records are also taken into consideration and you have to perform good in those also after this a personal interview is conducted and then the selected canditates are selected to take admission in the institute.

These are the eligiblity criteria for taking admission into Fortune Insititue of International . So you have to get above 50% to get admission and I assume you have 70 % in the bachelor's degree so you are quit eligible
- The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (5% marks relaxation in case of SC/ST candidates) of all the subjects from any Universities recognised by the AIU/UGC or AICTE, or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD. Govt. of India.

Step 1-Apply for admission at FIIB starts with procuring and completing the application form as follows:
- Online Application form is available on the website.
- Application form can be filled online followed by paying Rs. 1500/-
Step 2- A personal interview will be conducted by FIIB .
Step 3- Then the results are declared and the selected candidates get their acceptance letter.

The Fortune Institute of International Business offers various courses with corresponding fees. As of the latest available information, the fee structure is as follows:
The PGDM specializations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operations, and International Business have a total course fee of Rs 8.75 lakh.
The PGDM in Financial Management also has a total course fee of Rs 8.75 lakh.
The PGP-BI & DA (Full-time) programme comes with a complete course fee of Rs 2.70 lakh.
