The Two-Years Full Time Post Graduation Diploma in Management Program consists of six trimesters. The course structure has been designed to ensure that management graduates develop a judicious blend of strategic thinking, practical implementation, specialized knowledge and general management skills. In the first year, the focus is primarily on basic courses to build a foundation of conceptual and analytical skills, required for pursuing specialized study in various functional areas. From the second semester, the students need to opt for two electives in addition to the compulsory courses. This enables them to pursue in-depth and rigorous learning in the areas of their specialization. It also offers domestic and international study tour.

There is no difference in the placement process. However, companies ask students to apply who have either one of their specialization that matches the profile that they offer. For example, if there is a marketing profile, most companies will allow students to sit if one of the specializations of the student is marketing. For the batch 2018-20, specialization 1 will be in International Business for PGDM-IB, so you will have the liberty to choose the other among marketing, finance, IT, strategy etc. The last decision is up to you. Average salary for the batch 2017-19 is INR 10.8 LPA and highest is INR 31 lpa. Last year highest salary was received by PGDM IB too among the 4.
